Context, problem, what we mapped, what we built and the measured result. Confidential cases are published anonymised by industry and size.
⚠ PENDING (§10.2): there are no publishable cases yet. We need to decide which can be published with a name and a number, and get client approval.
A case without a number is not published. We prefer an empty page to one full of projects with no measurable result — the same rule we apply when we recommend not automating something.
